Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Choose Your Return Method

  Select between printing a prepaid shipping label for a mail-in return or generating a QR code for a contactless drop-off at an Express store.

  Pack Your Items

  Place your items in the original packaging if possible, ensuring all original tags are securely attached to the garments.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse processes your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
